Ad-Lib Media Associates is wholly Zimbabwean owned and dully registered company that is registered under the Companies Act of Zimbabwe. Our Mission is to provide media solutions to our clientele that also include Public Relations and Communication, Advertising, Marketing, events management and product branding. We have personnel that is high skilled in the fields of Marketing development, Public Relations, Advertising  and graphic art specialists with combined experience of over 20 years. Our firm is not interested in simply producing a service for our clients. We believe in creating a long-term relationship or partnership with them so that our clients discover, retain and expand the value of their products and brands.

 The company is divided into 6 main functions

  • Our primary focus under this function is to work closely with clients and help them succeed in setting and meeting their marketing goals.
  • We will come up with comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for our clients.
  • We offer total support and a commitment to communicate their ideas in a strategic, creative, and cost-effective manner to their publics either internal or external through various public relations campaign strategies.
  • We will assist our clients in the drawing up and creating Company Profiles, business proposals for startup companies or organizations wishing to have philosophical rebranding.

In principle our aim here is to come with strategic planning and implementation for our clients. Strategic planning utilizes those processes that lead to an executable marketing plan including identifying areas of opportunity, market segmentation, product line analysis, financial planning, competitive analysis, and culminate in the design of a project implementation plan. This will serve as a detailed road map for the planning and supervision of all marketing activities. Once completed, the tactical process is initiated leading to the real-world execution of the plan.

  • The firm offers a complete, custom advertising campaign that covers all audio-visual and printed media. Examples include radio and television ads, billboards, building advertisements, brochures, direct mailing, business cards, etc.
  • Ad-Lib Media will design, build, test and deploy the Advertising campaign.  It will also report the progress of the campaign in real-time to provide our customers maximum flexibility.  At the end of the campaign, Ad-Lib Media will analyze its success in order to improve the company’s future campaigns. 

We believe in creating a long-term relationship with them so that the delivery of their message becomes a seamless, thought-provoking experience that engenders action.

  • This is the production department of the company which responsible for the creation and production of Ad campaigns that will include advertisements and advertorials for our clients.
  • Under this department we also will be able to come up with ideas and concepts for radio and television programming.
  • This group works in direct liaison with the Marketing, PR and Advertising departments to as to accurately implement campaigns as required by our customers.

This group will have highly skilled personnel in the sound and cinematography and they will work closely with the PR and Advertising department to come up with television programming that can easily be crafted into our list of clientele’s products and brands.

  • This group also works in direct liaison with the Marketing, PR and advertising departments in giving graphic solutions such as logos, letterheads, business cards and print adverts layouts.
  • In this function, Ad Lib Media is able to come up with Website designs and hosting for our clients this is as well as web mastering.
  • Under this we will also be in a position to assist our clients in their social media platforms marketing and management such as mass emails, facebook, watsaap.
  • We will also assist our clients in procuring ICT equipment that are of global trends and standards these will include hardware, software and computer consumables.
  • This department will again work closely with the Marketing and PR departments in assisting customers in the actual hosting of events.
  • Ad-Lib Media will organize the hiring of caterers, Public Announcement Systems, chairs etc
  • We will assist in holding events for clients such as press conferences, golf or sport days, Luncheons, Dinners, Charity events etc.
  • The department will handle corporate identity issues for our clients from their corporate wear, promotional materials.
  • Printing and embroidery of materials is done in this department which include caps, hats, t-shirts, shirts.
  • Banners, billboards, signage and vehicle branding are done under this department.
